Your people may be experiencing a flurry of emotions, how your team is functioning has changed, and how you get things done is a lot different than before.

Join us as Matt Corker, CEO of The Corker Collective, walks us through the 7 Stages Through Uncertainty and what we need to remember in order to lead our teams remotely through each stage.

Matt Corker is the CEO of The Corker Co and creator of The Manager Start Line, an online training program designed to take leaders’ people management skills to the next level.

He holds an MBA from the Copenhagen Business School, is a certified international yoga teacher and author, and loves sharing that extra scoop of ice cream with the love of his life.

Jenny Lau is an experienced Human Resources professional, with focuses on Benefits, Wellness, Compensation, Absence & Disability Management. She possess the CPHR designation, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork,  and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Currently she works for Mercer (Canada) Limited, which serves clients in all sizes and various industries.
 
Michael Natyna transforms talent strategy to shape the future workplace and enable business priorities. This talent strategy secures the best talent required to meet business objectives, creates a nimble structure, and establishes a culture that facilitates high performance and adaptability to rapid market, business, and technological change.
