Registration and Participation Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy:

• The first 270 registrants to the virtual HR Conference & Expo receive complimentary access to the virtual pre-conference workshop on Inclusive Leadership on May 3, 2022 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm PDT. 
• All prices are subject to GST/HST applicable in your location. Registration #119446714.
• 10% discounts are available for groups of 5 or more from the same organization. Please contact conreg@cphrbc.ca to complete your group registration. 
• Both registration and payment are required for every person attending this event.
• Manual registrations made at any time and registrations made after April 18th are subject to a non-refundable $50 processing fee. 
• As a conference registrant, your name, title, employer and city will be displayed on the virtual event platform that is available to all participants, including conference speakers and exhibitors. You can adjust/manage your privacy settings once you have access to the virtual event platform. 
• CPHR BC & Yukon wishes to create a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all. Please remember that while participating in an event, whether online or in person, Association members have the duty to conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner and are expected to abide by the CPHR BC & Yukon Professional Rules of Conduct in both verbal and written comments. We reserve the right to remove, or edit any content, that we in our sole discretion consider harmful, offensive, unprofessional or disruptive. Any behavior deemed offensive could result in a participant being muted or removed from the session, may affect their ability to attend future events, and in certain cases, CPHR BC & Yukon membership discipline procedures may be initiated.
• If you are unable to attend this event or you wish to send a substitute in your place, we ask that you inform us in writing by email to conreg@cphrbc.ca. A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing up to 12:00 PM PST on February 28, 2022. Cancellations received between 12:01 PM PST February 28 and 11:59 PM PST April 4, 2022 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations or substitutions received after April 4. Member/non-member rates will apply and are due upon substitution notification. It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure that the mailing address for the delegate kit (if selected) is changed to the substitute’s mailing address.
