Finding qualified candidates in the ever expanding Campbell River job market can pose a real challenge for HR professionals and employers in the area. Considering, never having enough time and a limited catchment, it is important that we use available resources to their full potential. This discussion will focus on best practices when using Indeed.ca and other online tools to recruit top talent and fine the best available candidate. The facilitator will be attending via Skype.
Roundtable Facilitator: Jackie Camilleri, Account Executive, Indeed.ca supports clients in creating online recruitment strategies to meet their staffing needs. She will discuss how to best use the tool in our geographic location, how to source talent, as well as any new features that might be relevant. Jackie will be facilitating this roundtable via Skype.

job seekers and employers, through a variety of dynamic employment services. As
a coach, she is excited to be a part of shifting perspectives for her clients
through directed job search skills development.She shares her strong belief in
value added techniques such as goal setting, strategic
planning, targeted resume building and much more. As a CPHR Candidate and an experienced HR enthusiast, she leads the Campbell River round table events as a co-chair with Leslyann Komljenovic.
