Join your colleagues and other HR Professionals to celebrate the holiday season and discuss Ken Johnston's new book "The Way of Effortless Leadership: Ancient Secrets on Cultivating a Culture of Trust, Engagement and Flow," as well as the subjects that the book covers such as Culture and Engagement.

Treat yourself to a taste of the craft beer created by the White Sails Brewery and enjoy delicious appetizers!  Appetizers are included in the cost of the event.  Beer tasting is NOT included in the cost of the event.

K.G. Johnston, CPHR, B.A., Honours Dip. Career Counselling has worked as a career and life coach and change management consultant in Toronto for transition consulting firms, Axmith, Right Management, Feldman Gray and Hazell and Associates, in addition to maintaining his own private clientele. He helped individuals and organizations flow with change. He is certified in MBTI and Prosci ADKAR (change management).  He has just written his first book “The Way of Effortless Leadership: Ancient Secrets on Cultivating a Culture of Trust, Engagement and Flow.”
Your host Catherine Power, CPHR, has enjoyed a 30+ year career in the Telecommunications Industry featuring Public Relations, HR, Management, Coaching, Leadership, Team Building, Training, Facilitating and Public Speaking. She is a founding President of a Toastmasters Club and holds a CTM (Competent Toastmaster) rating, is Past President of the Nanaimo Oceanside Rotary Club and served on the Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 7 years.
