Description:

Why Financial Wellness is the new Competitive Advantage

61% of HR professionals say financial stress is having a negative impact on employee performance, with studies showing that employees spend up to 3 hours a week at work dealing with their finances.

This has potentially significant repercussions for the company’s bottom line: Financial stress results in diminished productivity, lack of engagement, and increased absenteeism.

Employers are aware of the financial stress facing many employees and are genuinely interested in helping the people who work for them, yet only 1 in 5 companies currently offer financial wellness programs.

In this presentation, you will learn:

  • How to design a simple and effective financial wellness program that is both beneficial for employees and cost effective for your business.
  • The top 3 must-have topics to include in your financial wellness program to ensure success.
  • How to measure ROI and monitor the effectiveness of your program.

Who should attend: HR/Organization Development, and Learning & Development Managers

Location: CPHR BC & YK Office, #1101-1111 W. Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 2J3
