Lisa Ryan will share her experience of developing a coaching culture at the BCIT.

Speaker: Lisa Ryan, Director, Organizational Development at BCIT.
Lisa Ryan joined BCIT as Director, Organizational Development in December 2016, previously with Richie Bros. Auction as Director, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Learning.
Lisa brings a decade of experience as a leadership and organizational consultant at Right Management and MICA Consulting, working with clients such as eBay, PayPal, Hewlett Packard, Sask Energy, BC Housing, Metro Vancouver, and Port Metro Vancouver.
Prior to consulting, Lisa worked at Best Buy Canada as a Talent and Change Manager, at BC Gas as a Change Consultant, at Royal Bank as Customer Service Manager, Area Support Manager and HR Advisor.
Lisa holds an MBA specializing in Managing People and Organizations (UBC), is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from Royal Roads University, and is a Certified Professional HR (CPHR) and Senior OD Practioner (CSODP). Lisa is passionate about supporting leaders and employees to improve organizations for all and brings that passion to her work and life.
Ceyda (jay-da) Gultan, MA, ACC, CPHR is a Human Resources Executive with 20 years of progressive experience in global, national and local corporations in private, public and nonprofit sectors.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in English language and a Master’s degree in human resources management. As a CPHR professional in BC, she holds a certificate in intercultural studies from UBC.
Ceyda is the Past President of the International Coach Federation Vancouver Charter Chapter and she believes in the coaching principle of ‘every person is creative, resourceful and whole.
