These events are peer-to-peer sharing and members play an active role in sharing knowledge and building community. Confidentiality is requested amongst the members present. Roundtables are not recorded for later viewing.

O Fostering organizational culture is more than providing or sponsoring company events and celebrations.
 
We will be reading a case study and have an interactive discussion on how to foster company culture and engage your workforce.

 Roundtable Host: 

Jenny Lau, CCP, CEBS, CPH is an experienced Human Resources professional, with focuses on Benefits, Wellness, Compensation, Absence & Disability Management. She possess the CPHR designation, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork,  and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Currently she works for Mercer (Canada) Limited, which serves clients in all sizes and various industries.
