PROGRAM SUMMARY

Managers who have committed to expanding their cultural capabilities are able to provide their employees with a physical and psychologically safe work environment. Learn how to expand your knowledge know-how into the four categories that make up your cultural capabilities: cultural competency, cultural awareness, cultural safety, and cultural humility. As a culturally capable manager you will be a key enabler to achieving inclusion in your workplace.
