In this 30-minute video lesson, you will learn to use 3 of the 15 emotional intelligence competencies as we talk about Self Regard, Self Actualization, and Emotional Self-Awareness. This helps positively effect how we conduct ourselves in personal and business relationships, and makes us more aware of how we are presenting information to others.
