Having managed large, complex projects that span the entire organization, they excel in collaboration, stakeholder management, planning, and execution. Zach is deeply passionate about fostering learning and development, helping organizations create outstanding workplaces, and empowering HR teams to become strategic business partners.
Basil Onyia (he/him), CPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA is a people connector, an equity champion, and an advocate for building bridges between people, workplaces, and their communities. As a senior level HR professional, Basil always comes to the table with a broad scope of experience in strategic HR, talent management, workforce planning, total rewards, engagement, OD&D, HR systems, employee relations, and IDEA&R.
Basil serves as the Manager of People Operations and Development at Redbrick Technologies Inc; building strategic, sustainable, and scalable workforce processes, people architecture, learn and development strategies, and systems design across Redbrick's portfolio companies in the USA and Canada.
Basil also enjoys staying actively involved with CPHR BC & Yukon, serving as a board of director, and sitting on multiple advisory committees geared towards building community relationships and closing employment gaps.
