Stacey Olson-Steele
Organization: Collaborative Lead Training Company
Stacey Olson-Steele is the founder and lead facilitator of Collaborative Lead Training Co., established in 2012. With a 20-year career spanning public and higher education, corporate media, and corporate training, she has collaborated with private, public, and franchise organizations across Canada. Stacey is dedicated to fostering collaboration, communication, and engagement within workplaces, utilizing research-based organizational design theories and engaging facilitation techniques to help teams thrive. In 2012, Stacey created the "Traditional vs Collaborative Leaders" infographic, which went viral and was featured on platforms such as Inc.com, LinkedIn, and Medium. This infographic resonated with the 21st-century workforce, highlighting the evolving nature of leadership and the importance of collaboration in modern workplaces. Last November, Stacey spoke at TEDxWhiteRock. Her talk, "3 Ways to Make Collaboration Easier" is a call to action for leaders and individuals alike to embrace collaboration as a fundamental principle for success in the 21st century.
