Stress Management Through Awareness; Increasing Company Mental Wealth

Dive into the science-based solutions of Stress Management. More than just a "feel good" talk, it is a direct line into easily digestible tools and techniques. This session answers the question "WHY" a company would want to learn and implement stress management solutions within its operations, and "WHY" an individual would want to take responsibility to actively managing their stress. Jamie Wood - Jamie is passionate about helping people live more balanced lives and increase their mental wealth. In 2008 she began studying the intricacies of the mind/body connection and stressors permeating modern day working environments. Her successful corporate wellness program, “Stress Management through Awareness" (SMA), successfully integrates neuroscience and ancient mind/body techniques into practical tools for everyday use.
