Topic: Reducing Employee Burnout & Increasing Long-Term Wellness.

Burnout has become an epidemic in itself, 1 out of 3 professionals experience burnout at some stage in their career, but the real problem is when we see stress and burnout impact on a team and even organizational level. Unfortunately, most struggling organizations make the costly mistake of spending hundreds of thousands on wellness benefits and perks without knowing the root cause of their teams’ burnout and lack of engagement.

Join us in this session to discuss the exact root cause of team burnout and create real solutions in 2023 to equip your team to thrive without stress.
