December 6th is a National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. As we remember the women who lives were taken, it is important to understand the gender beliefs that contribute to such tragedies. While toxic masculinity contributes to extreme acts of violence it can also contribute to smaller scale adverse effects in the workplace. This webinar will explore how toxic masculinity impacts workplace culture, and how emotional intelligence skills can lead to a more equitable and productive workplace. Join Jill Cory, Victoria based coach and leadership development specialist, as she shares with you what you need to know as an HR professional and how to reduce and/or shift the impact of toxic masculinity in your workplace.
