Join us for CPHR BC & Yukon’s inaugural Member Recognition Gala Dinner to celebrate the 2022 HR Spotlight recipients and the Class of 2022 new CPHR designates.

Your registration includes one hosted drink during the cocktail reception and a delicious 3-course plated dinner inside the stunning Spanish Ballroom at the award-winning Rosewood Hotel Georgia in downtown Vancouver.
 
The Class of CPHR 2022 presentation is sponsored by SFU Continuing Studies. 
 
Who Can Attend: This event is open to all, but tickets are very limited.
 
Attire: Formal
 
Event Schedule (all times are in Pacific Time and are subject to change):
Registration opens and Cocktail Reception starts at 4:30pm
Ballroom Doors open at 5:45pm
Program and Dinner commences at 6:00pm
 
Fee: Tickets are $125 each plus applicable taxes. HST/GST # 119446714.
 
Registration Deadline: January 16th, 2023, or until sold out.
 
Registration Process: 
As the main registrant, you may also register up to one guest. Any additional guests will have to submit a new main registration. When completing the online form, please submit the following information for yourself and optional guest.
  • Any dietary restrictions
  • Full name for the seating chart
  • First name for the name badge
  • Entrée selection (beef, seafood or vegetarian). If you are adding a guest to your registration, please enter their entrée selection under their dietary requirements.
  • Full names of other attendees whom you would like to be seated with at your table. If you do not indicate who you would like to sit with, your table will be assigned by CPHR BC & Yukon. Guests will be seated at tables of 8 to 10. CPHR BC & Yukon staff will do their best to accommodate all seating requests but cannot make any guarantees.
 
Transit:
If travelling on the Canada Line, upon arrival to Vancouver City Center Station, guests should take the Georgia Street pedestrian exit. Upon exiting onto Georgia Street, the hotel is one block away at the corner of West Georgia Street and Howe Street.
 
If travelling on SkyTrain, upon arrival to Granville Station, guests should take the Granville Street pedestrian exit and walk two blocks to the hotel at the corner of West Georgia Street and Howe Street.
 
Driving:
Rosewood Hotel Georgia is located at the corner of Georgia and Howe Streets in downtown Vancouver. If guests are arriving to the hotel by vehicle and plan to use GPS navigation, please note that the porte cochere/vehicle arrival is located at 667 Howe Street, Vancouver. Please input this address versus 801 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
 
Parking:
The hotel only offers valet parking; self-parking is not available. There are a number of public parking lots within walking distance to the hotel, including one at Pacific Centre and one at the HSBC Building.

Cancellations/substitutions:
If you are unable to attend this event or you wish to send a substitute in your place, we ask that you inform us by email or phone 604-684-7228. A full refund, less a $25 processing fee, can be issued for cancellations made on or before January 16, 2023. No refunds will be issued after January 16.
 
There will be a professional photographer at this event. Photos may be used for CPHR BC & Yukon marketing purposes including social media posts or provided to media for publication. If you do not want your photograph taken, please alert the onsite photographer.
