Is your HR team Agile? Agile is a project management methodology that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and rapid iteration. It’s popular for teams to implement because it allows them to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value to customers quickly. Agile's focus on continuous improvement also helps teams to identify and address issues early, leading to higher quality outcomes.
In this Roundtable, we’ll explore the pros and cons of Agile for an HR team, including:
- Agile fundamentals
- Tools that can make Agile planning easier
- Breakout groups to work collaboratively on an agile sprint planning activity
- Group share out
Bring your questions and input for an interactive and engaging discussion facilitated by Kaitlyn Rosenburg.
 Facilitator Kaitlyn Rosenburg is the Director of Content Design in the Province of B.C.’s Digital Office Exchange Lab. Her past experiences as a public affairs officer and service designer led her to the practice of content design. Kaitlyn is responsible for building a new team of designers, including the hiring and onboarding experience. She has a BFA in creative writing and an MBA in service management, both from the University of Victoria.  Host Andrea Born, CPHR is Director of Human Resources at School District #57 and Chair of the Northern Advisory Council of CPHR BC & Yukon. Location: This event will take place online via Zoom.
