Part 3 of 3 - Supporting Your Employees for Permanent Residency in BC:

Part 3 of our series delves into the crucial topic of supporting foreign workers in your organization from an immigration perspective. We recognize the immense value that these employees bring to your team, and it is equally important for employers to comprehend their responsibilities and find ways to assist foreign workers in obtaining permanent residency. By doing so, these workers can become permanent members of your team.

In this session, our main focus will be on how employers can provide support through the BC PNP program. We will explore the timelines, requirements, costs, and the overall process involved as well as discuss the benefits to employers and the doors it opens for further growth and opportunity.

In this session, participants will learn:

• What to ask and know about your foreign workers in your organization.
• Eligibility of the BC PNP for supporting your workers to achieve PR.
• Hiring directly through the BC PNP from outside of Canada.
• Exploring the benefits of using the BC PNP in your workforce.

Meet the Speaker:

Chris Brown, CPHR - RCIC and Licensed Recruiter Chris Brown, the founder of Tudor House Immigration Services, is an esteemed RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) and licensed recruiter based in the beautiful province of British Columbia. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Canadian immigration, Chris has assisted countless individuals and organizations successfully achieve their immigration goals. In addition to his practice as an RCIC, Chris is a seasoned speaker at conferences and other community events, where he shares his expertise on topics of Canadian immigration, international education, and the current state of the BC labour market. Chris' company, Tudor House Immigration Services provides Canadian immigration and recruitment services for BC-based employers with a large focus on UK foreign nationals. Residing on Vancouver Island with his spouse and three children, Chris not only dedicates himself to his work but also cherishes quality time with his family. When he's not assisting clients or keeping up with the latest developments in immigration, you can find Chris exploring the picturesque outdoors through activities like hiking, golfing, and fishing.
