September's Topic: HR as an Advocate: balancing the interests of the employee and the employer.

Throughout our work as HR professionals, we are balancing the interests of both the employer and the employee, and it can be difficult to meet the expectations of both at the same time. Objectivity, professionalism, transparency, and consistency are all required practices and have a role to play in this balancing act!
